Shipping Policy

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We Only Ship to Physical Addresses.

We currently offer a flat rate shipping price of $5.00 per order. 

 

Local Pick-Up is available in Winston-Salem, NC for no additional fee.  Please choose the "pick-up" option at check-out and follow the provided instructions.

Return Policy

The only time we will accept returns is if your items arrive broken or you receive items you did not order. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc. before checkout.

 

For any damaged products, reach out to us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund.
